You are not reading incorrectly! There is absolutely no charge for our services for you on a standard mortgage transaction. Reach out to us and we’ll offer our advice, start exploring options for you, and secure the mortgage solution that best suits you. In most cases, the bank or lender will directly compensate us with an industry standard finder’s fee for arranging the mortgage, with no additional cost to you.
Superior Approval Advantages
Our large volume of business and relationships with some banks & lenders allow us to secure exceptions on your mortgage approval, whereas you might not be able to qualify with your bank under similar circumstances. Unlike the limited access to programs by one bank, if you don’t qualify for a certain program with that bank, we’d be able to assist you with a program that you would fit with another bank.
